Retro Dreams

I made this blog because last week my child hood Arcade shut down in the mall.. Seeing it all empty and dark really hit me, there was nothing left. I guess people could say “Move on stop living in the past” The thing is I really don’t want to, I like thinking about all the times I went down there after school and spend dollar after dollar on games. It’s sad but it seems all people want to do now is play online, what ever happen to Friday night’s going over to your friends house and playing some split screen? Or meeting up at the arcade on a Saturday? Yea I understand things change but I think its more fun to be around your friends and game, its a better experience. Im still happy that there is some Arcades around Minnesota (were Im from) but none of them have as many memories as the one in the mall :( As this blog goes on I will open up more about why I love video games and list my top 10 and all the reasons why ect.
